In the first look poster, Vijay is seen in two different avatars.In one poster, he is seen taking a selfie with a crowd of supporters on a raised platform. Whereas, in the second poster, he is seen swinging a whip.

The name of the film ‘Jana Nayagan’ means ‘Leader of the people’. The title reflects Vijay’s political image and his deep connect with his fans. The shooting of the film began last year with a traditional puja ceremony, pictures of which were also shared by the makers on social media.
